Terms of Service

1. The service

Jarvo provides a digital professional-identity profile that can be shared by NFC card, link, or QR code. We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for keeping your login secure. You must be legally able to enter into these terms and use the service in compliance with applicable law.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Jarvo to:

• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
• upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
• abuse, scrape, overload, or attempt to breach the service or its security;
• collect other users’ data other than through the intended features.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you publish to your profile. You grant us the limited licence needed to host and display it as part of providing the service. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and is part of these terms.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with audit records retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Jarvo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
